WELCA offers a number of different rental options for any program, celebration, or event!

Classroom: Great for parties/events/programs of up to 65 people,

Cabin or Stonehouse: Ideal for smaller gatherings or meetings of up to 12

Showgrounds: Perfect for outdoor events such as markets, outdoor club tournaments, or weddings. The fieldhouse includes stalled washrooms, small kitchen with fridge and sink, and power hookup for generators or whatever you need!Parking can accommodate up to 650 vehicles.
Classroom
Conveniently located just off Fox Drive in Edmonton’s river valley park system, Whitemud Equine Learning Centre serves as a unique space for community rentals and events. No matter the occasion, the naturally lit space of the classroom is suitable for anything from birthday parties, meetings, corporate retreats, small workshops and more. The classroom seats 60 non-fixed seating and 30 for dining and beverages.

Whitemud Equine Learning Centre Association operates an outdoor show grounds and event space located in the heart of Edmonton's beautiful river valley featuring a Grand Prix grass ring, 3 sand rings (40m x 80m) (131'x 262'), a club house with elevated spectator seating & kitchenette, indoor washrooms and more.
