Spring Break Camp Registration

We are thrilled to announce this year's Spring Break Camp which will be running the week of March 27-31. We are offering 3 different camp options this year including a new Leadership Camp exclusively for Horsemanship Students. 2-Day Pony Up Camp - Half-Day
Ages: 4-8

Dates: March 27 & 28 (Monday and Tuesday)

Time: 8:30am - 12:00pm

Cost: $200

This engaging 2-day camp offers children the opportunity to explore the fun experience of horses, while encouraging resilience, emotional control, and positive attitudes towards new challenges. We use a variety of activities on and off horse including games, crafts, and horse care. Please note participants will be on-lead while riding horses.

Participants will ride once a day and will be broken into cohorts after registering, if you want to ride with specific people please put it in the note section on the form and we will do our best to accommodate.

2-Day Horse Rider Camp - Half-Day

Ages: 8-16

Dates: March 30 & 31

Time: 8:30am - 12:00pm (Thursday and Friday)

Cost: $200

This camp offers youth and teens the opportunity to learn about and engage with horses, while encouraging resilience, emotional control, and positive attitudes towards new challenges. We use a variety of activities on and off horse including games, crafts, and horse care.

Campers will have the opportunity daily to groom, tack, and ride a different horse, as well as get hands-on experience learning about stable management and horse care. Additional daily programming includes horse-related crafts, games, and activities.

 

 

 

 

3-Day Saddle Club Leadership Camp - Horsemanship Students Only

Age: 12 & Up

Dates: March 27, 28 and 29th (Monday-Wednesday)

Time: 8:15am - 3:45pm

Cost: $300

 

New this year is our 3-day Leadership camp which offers teens in WELCA`s horsemanship program an opportunity to learn about and practice leadership in an equestrian setting. Participants will apply leadership concepts to help educate and bond with young equestrians as well as improve upon their own knowledge and skills in horse handling and riding.

Leadership Campers will attend a daily leadership workshop and spend time educating and leading children ages 4-7 in equine activities as a `Pony Pal' leader. In addition to this, they will have the opportunity daily to groom, tack, and ride a horse, as well as get hands-on experience learning about stable management and horse care.
